Disassembly/Reassembly

It usually ranges between $45 - $125 depending on the Gun.

We have a $50.00 Minimum.
We do try to carry most Cerakote colors but unfortunately we cannot carry every single one they make.
That being said, Cerakote colors that we do not normally stock will add an additional $40 to your order.

WHAT IS YOUR TYPICAL LEAD TIME?
HOW SHOULD I CLEAN MY COATED RIFLE?
Standard single-color projects typically ship within 10-14 business days. Custom camo patterns or multi-color stenciling may require 3-4 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and current shop volume.
Cerakote is highly resistant to almost all solvents and degreasers. We recommend standard non-abrasive gun lubricants and cleaners. Avoid using metal brushes or abrasive pads directly on the finished surface.
DOES CERAKOTE AFFECT TIGHT TOLERANCES?
WHAT PREP WORK IS REQUIRED?
Cerakote is applied at a thickness of approximately 0.001 inches. While extremely thin, we mask critical engagement surfaces, sear faces, and internal bores to ensure your rifle maintains its precision and reliable cycling.
Every part is degreased, sandblasted with a specific 80-100 grit profile, and outgassed to ensure maximum adhesion. You do not need to prep parts yourself; our full process is included in the service cost.
CAN YOU COAT OPTICS AND PLASTICS?
IS THERE A WARRANTY ON THE FINISH?
Yes. For heat-sensitive components like scopes and polymer stocks, we utilize Cerakote C-Series air-cure coatings. This provides the same chemical resistance and finish quality without the need for high-temp oven curing.
We guarantee our Cerakote application against chipping, peeling, or bubbling under normal usage. We take pride in our precision and will rectify any application defects provided if the finish hasn't been abused.
